Checking the CV – 1st round: interview – 2nd round: interview – final round: interview.

We offer a dynamic environment where people work together to achieve the target.

Our employees are given feedback from managers and sometimes the president, and then we implement the cycle of PDCA rapidly.

There is a relaxing area in our office. We are able to work while taking rest and relax during our work.

We are looking for those who can work together while having common mission and vision.

Ⓠ. What level of English proficiency is needed for the job?

We don’t think much of it. Our people usually learn English through communications at workplace everyday.

ICONIC has 67 employees; 24 men and 43 women as of April 2015.
Asia is the place where women can step forward and play an active role in our company.
